Industrial cleaning procedure
The various applications of high pressure are achieved by deploying butter washers, crawler hoses with turbo nozzles, a floor cleaning robot and blast heads for grit or glass beads. Wenau uses the SIR guidelines to ensure safety and quality. If the risks are too great, we choose to work with methods such as Non Men Entry or Less Men Entry. Wenau has several high-pressure machines ranging from 100 to 2.500 bar, with which hot water can be used for work up to 600 bar if necessary.

Shutdown management
Het reinigen van een fabrieksinstallatie is een periodieke klus, waarvoor wij shutdown management aanbieden. Het reinigen van de installatie, leidingen en/of onderdelen is de kern van de opdracht, die door het expertise en ervaring van onze specialisten binnen een zo kort mogelijke fabrieksstop volbracht kan worden. Na de aanvraag voor de reiniging, wordt er een plan van aanpak opgesteld waarin de stappen in het reinigingsproces en werkwijze in beschreven staat.

OBAS emptying and cleaning
An OBAS is an oil/gasoline separator that prevents sand, oil and sludge from entering the sewer system. This method of waste separation causes the OBAS to fill with the pollutants, reducing the amount of water that can enter the tank. An OBAS system should be cleaned periodically to ensure proper functioning of the waste separator. Cleaning of the OBAS is both on demand and by contract.
If you want to benefit from optimal function, it is essential to clean and check the OBAS annually. Wenau performs quality control during cleaning and we dispose of released (hazardous) waste materials.
Water jetting
Water jetting is an essential technique in the industrial world. We remove various contaminants by applying high-pressure techniques. This is a specialized job, for which only approved materials may be used and people must be specially trained.
Our tools and materials provide a wide variety of cleaning methods, so there is a suitable solution for every job. If there isn’t a cookie-cutter solution, we provide an exclusive customized technique.
Objects to be cleaned by water jetting include:
- Opslagtanks: wanden intern of extern reinigen, bodem voor inspectie bij olie, plantaardige of dierlijke vetten, chemie, inkt, verf en kunststofindustrieën;
- Concrete works: cleaning, roughening, application of hydrodemolition;
- Asfalt: reinigen, stralen, etc;
- Bitumeninstallaties: reinigen van mengmolens, opslagtanks, kettingbanen, leidingen en trechters;
- Coating of scaling verwijderen: silo en betonkelders (bij waterzuiveringsinstallaties).
Chemical technical cleaning (CTO)
We use chemical technical cleaning when cleaning surfaces in a technical installation. There are strict safety requirements associated with this work method, as cleaning is done by using chemicals. Our specialists are specifically trained in delivering high quality work without compromising the safety of people and/or the environment.
Less- and Non-entry cleaning
Entering a confined space to perform cleaning operations is risky. For these risks, fortunately there are solutions. If a space is not optimally accessible, Wenau can still clean the space through less- and non-entry cleaning. We have a wide collection of certified equipment, allowing us to continue to guarantee safety without compromising on quality.
Robotic cleaning
We deploy our robot cleaner during cleaning operations where entering the (confined) space is not possible or too risky. Our robot is equipped with the option of cleaning under high pressure, so the job is performed under optimal conditions. As a result, we fully comply with the quality and safety requirements.
